Schedule For CNY Concert 2008
Yes, Charlene. Here's an update now. :)
The remaining schedule for CNY Concert 2008 is as follows.
1) 28 Jan (Mon) - normal practice @ 3.30pm in the AVT
2) 4 Feb (Mon) - CNY concert rehearsal @ 3.30pm in the hall
3) 5 Feb (Tue) - tentative CNY concert rehearsal @ 3.30pm in the hall
4) 6 Feb (Wed) - CNY concert 2008
It is still unconfirmed at this point whether we'll be having the rehearsal on 5 Feb (Tue). It really depends very much on the rehearsal on 4 Feb (Mon) - whether all performing arts CCA groups are ready to perform.
So, my advice is: let's all do a good job so that we can have a good rest before the celebrations on CNY Eve in school!
Oh yes, before I forget: For those of us who are still referring to the lyrics while singing, we must memorise all 3 songs before the rehearsal on 4 Feb (Mon). Otherwise, it's likely we'll have to attend rehearsal again on 5 Feb (Tue).

HELLOSSSSSS!!!
it's gonna be week 3 after tmr. yeap!
oh. and as usual, choir practice is on monday, 3.30pm SHARP at the avt/commerse rm!
oh! and beauty world today at esplanade!
those who are going please be punctual cause by 8 oclock they'll close the doors and you'll not be able to enter until the interval.
so, i'll see those of you who are going at 8 today!

to ms lim.
really thank you so so so much for all the time, patience and effort, looking out for choir, looking after the choir and all. we really really want you to stay in choir. but i think it's hard to do so. but still our hearts are with you, and we'll never forget you. you MUST not forget us! come visit us often! support us all the way ok? choir will do you proud! it's really not easy being you. after all the trouble we gave you. but the only thing that we can do is to follow your rules. when there're problems that arised, you support us help us try. you guide us to greater heights and brought us hope. there is more than just missing you. there is more than just loving you. and we just want to thank you. it's the only thing we can do. to say thank you miss lim is the only thing we can do. you can find this same thing in my blog. yeap. zai wo men yan li, you will always be our teacher in charge. to ms lim!

A Brief Meeting (Edited)
Hello everyone!
Welcome back to school - and Choir - in this brand new year! (=
The first post of the year is a reminder for everyone to turn up for a brief meeting tomorrow as announced on Wednesday morning. Kindly pass the word around in any way you can.
Details
Date/Day: 4 Jan 2008 (Friday)
Time: 12.30 pm
Venue: Commerce Room
The meeting will be chaired by Phui See, supported by the EXCO team. I will be there, of course.
ALL MEMBERS are expected to be present - unless permission has been granted earlier for you to be excused.
So far, only the following came to inform me that they can't make it for Friday's meeting:
Yuening - lessons end late
Annie - lessons end late
Yangliu - lessons end late
(My thanks to the 3 pupils for informing me early.)
Do have the responsibility to inform me or any EXCO member in advance if you really cannot turn up for the meeting.
Finally, please be punctual so that you can all be dismissed by 12.55 pm.
