A Brief Meeting (Edited)

Hello everyone!

Welcome back to school - and Choir - in this brand new year! (=

The first post of the year is a reminder for everyone to turn up for a brief meeting tomorrow as announced on Wednesday morning. Kindly pass the word around in any way you can.

Date/Day: 4 Jan 2008 (Friday)
Time: 12.30 pm
Venue: Commerce Room

The meeting will be chaired by Phui See, supported by the EXCO team. I will be there, of course.

ALL MEMBERS are expected to be present - unless permission has been granted earlier for you to be excused.

So far, only the following came to inform me that they can't make it for Friday's meeting:
Yuening - lessons end late
Annie - lessons end late
Yangliu - lessons end late
(My thanks to the 3 pupils for informing me early.)

Do have the responsibility to inform me or any EXCO member in advance if you really cannot turn up for the meeting.

Finally, please be punctual so that you can all be dismissed by 12.55 pm.
