Rehearsal At VCH

Dear SYF Participants,

Please take note of the details for our next rehearsal.

Date: 2 March 2009 (Monday)
Time to be excused from lessons/afternoon assembly: 1.30 pm
(Please bring along all your belongings. You will not be entering the school upon return. School gates will be locked.)
Lunch: 1.30 pm to 1.55 pm
Time to report: 2 pm sharp
Reporting venue: Temporary Canteen

Departure time from school to VCH: 2.15 pm
Estimated arrival time at VCH: 2.45 pm
Rehearsal time at VCH: 3 pm - 6 pm
Departure time from VCH to school: 6.15 pm
Estimated arrival time at school: 6.45 pm to 7 pm (subject to peak hour traffic conditions)

Please remember to bring and fill up your water bottles.
Please also remember to bring your consent forms, signed by your parents.
